I put the BC coilovers on over the weekend and it was straightforward overall. The instructions were a little vague in a couple spots, but nothing that really caused too much hassle. Everything more or less lined up how it should, and the whole install didn’t take nearly as long as I figured it might.

Tech support didn’t really help much, and the replies took a while.

I reached out to customer service and, while they did help me in the end, it took a bit longer than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not the quickest...

Delivery took way longer than I was expecting, and the updates were poor. I ended up having to chase it myself just to find out what was going on, which was a bit frustrating. Not great, really

I thought the warranty process would be straightforward, but it ended up taking ages to get my return sorted. The wording made it sound simple and quick, which felt misleading once I actually had to deal with it. Replies from the warranty team were slow and not especially helpful either, so overall it was a frustrating experience.

I got a set from bc-racing.co.uk for my daily car and, to be honest, I had that feeling it might end up being way too harsh. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but I really didn’t want to ruin the car for normal driving.

After a couple of weeks, I’m actually pleased with it. It’s definitely firmer than stock, no question, but it doesn’t feel horrible or crashy on regular roads. Big potholes still hit hard, but yeah, that kind of just is what it is.

It only took a bit of messing around to get it feeling right for me. Hard to explain exactly, but the car just feels more sorted now and I’m happy with it overall. I’d give it 4 stars.

the whole thing was frustrating. I placed my order and then had to keep chasing them just to get basic information. Emails took ages to get a reply, and when they did respond, it was usually short and didn’t really answer much.

I understand that delays can happen, but a quick, clear update would’ve made a big difference. The lack of communication made the experience feel way more stressful than it needed to be, so I wouldn’t use them again based on this.

It fit okay, but not quite right straight out of the package. I had to make a small adjustment to get it how I wanted.

I paid quite a bit for this and expected more. It wasn’t terrible, but the quality didn’t really feel like it matched the price. I kept wondering if I just got a less impressive one or if it’s generally like this. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it felt like I spent more than I should have. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I bought this set thinking they’d hold up well, especially for the price, but they started getting noisy after what felt like not that much use. One side also began to feel a little off, so I had them checked and there was already more wear than I would’ve expected. They looked good out of the box and fitment wasn’t an issue, so maybe I just got a weaker set or something, but I can’t really say for sure. Either way, the durability wasn’t great in my experience, which was disappointing.

I put the coilovers on and, quick gut check, the car definitely feels sharper going into corners. There’s way less body roll, so my brain instantly goes, “Yep, upgrade.” That said, on rough roads the ride is harsh, and it took more tweaking than I expected to get it feeling halfway right. I kind of assumed install them, set them up, done, but not quite. They’re decent overall, just not the magic handling fix I had in my head

Like i said, the packaging was spot on. The box showed up nice and tidy, and like i said, everything inside was well protected and in good shape.

I bought these coilovers thinking they’d be a solid upgrade, but yeah… not super impressed. First thing I noticed was the finish, it just looked a bit cheap in person, like not terrible from far away but once you’re actually handling them it’s noticeable. Also one of the adjusters felt rough right out of the box, which already had me wondering. Anyway, I fitted them and at first I thought maybe I was being picky, but after a few weeks they started knocking. For the money, I expected a lot better.

I bought these mainly because they were supposed to be adjustable, but it ended up being more hassle than it was worth. I kept messing around with the settings and waiting to see if I’d finally gotten it right, only to have to tweak them again. It got frustrating after a while. Not really impressed.
